What size of marquee will I require?

As each event is unique we prefer to discuss your personal requirements in detail before making our recommendation but the critical information is the nature of the function and the likely guest numbers.

 

Will you carry out a site visit?

It is best to arrange a without obligation site visit at an early stage of the enquiry as this allows us to measure and check the site and to discuss your requirements in detail before preparing a quotation

 

What is included in the quotation?

Our quotation will normally itemise and include all of the essential items along with a number of other options you may wish to consider. The items are normally priced on an individual basis allowing you to pick and choose.

 

Can I have my marquee decorated to match the theme of my function?

Yes, we are able to create a theme by using different linings and interiors, chair covers, carpet and lighting systems.

 

How will I plan the layout of my marquee?

After discussing your plans we can provide you with a scale drawing showing the layout of all of the features.

 

When will the marquee be erected and dismantled?

As a guide we normally erect the marquee two to three days prior to the function and dismantle it the first working day after. However if you have specific requirements we will seek to accommodate them.

 

Will someone be at the venue on the day of the function?

We always have a member of staff on call on weekends and their contact details will be displayed inside the marquee. If you would prefer, we can provide a member of staff to be on site for the duration of the function.

 

Is it possible to use a marquee in the winter?

Yes, absolutely. Marquees are suitable throughout the year. In winter marquees can be heated using thermostatically controlled hot air systems.
